Changing Berters to Gearshifts and Other Writing Updates

Partial repost from my DeviantART journal plus other things. I haven’t been online for some time due to a massive increase in work commitments and some health issues, but I have been working on Rolamaton stories behind the scenes and planning some changes here and there, too. One of these changes will affect The Berter Family stories, that I’m renaming into The Gearshift Family. Two short stories

Working on two short stories: one for InTheSnake.com magazine, one for a contest. I’m not sure which one I will finish first, but I hope I get done with the contest one soon, as it expires on September 1st. I’m also getting on with my reading list. I’ve read – and finished reading – 8 books this month. Not bad. I might be reading a few more in September, hopefully. Two months to NaNoWriMo 2011. I can hardly wait!
